Among our white soy sauces, it has the most richness and is the closest type to soy sauce with the least sweetness.
It is heat-treated at high temperature for a short period of time, giving it a soy sauce-like aroma.
The salt content is 15.5%, which is 2.5% lower than other white soy sauces.

CLEAR SOY SAUCE WITH SOUP STOCK
This dashi soy sauce is made using Clear Soy sauce. The transparency of this soy sauce does not interfere with the color of the ingredients. The dashi is effective and gives the soy sauce flavor. Adding a touch of dashi can add depth to the flavor of a dashi.
YUZU PONZU MADDE WITH CLEAR SOY SAUCE
Ponzu is a typical seasoning for Japanese cuisine. Ponzu made from soy sauce is a black seasoning, but Yuzu made from transparent soy sauce is a seasoning with a very bright yuzu color.
